David joined Heswall Photographic Society in January 2006. He has always been interested in photography ever since his father had a dark room in the box room at home; his father was a member of Altrincham Photographic Society. David's interest in photography was revived when he purchased a compact digital camera. This was an Olympus C-4000, which he soon found too restrictive and moved on to a Nikon D70s, which he bought shortly before a safari to Kenya.
