Why not join HPS?
HPS welcomes anyone with an interest in photography - from beginner to expert.
We encourage EACH and EVERY style and type of photography.
However, the majority of members are now 'digital' although there are still a number who prefer to photograph with film. We make no distinction between photographs taken digitally or on film. Images entered in any of the Competition Sections may be processed 'at home' or commercially - whether the images be in slide or print format.
It is usual for new members to enter the Standard Sections for their first year. It is then the practice for members to transfer to the Advanced Sections by invitation. If a prospective new member felt that they were already of Advanced Standard, then the procedure would be for a selection of their work to be presented to the committee for consideration.
HPS meets every Friday from 7:45 pm to around 10:00 pm at St Peter's Centre, Lower Heswall.
If you're interested why not visit us, meet our members and see what happens on Friday's at HPS.
If you would like to talk to someone first or would like more information about joining, then send your preferred contact details to the webmaster and a club member will telephone or email you.
